Q. I received an Email informing me to validate my account, but when I do it says "Your account is disabled."
A. Your account has been created for use in your Schools House Points system, in some cases the managing Staff member does not want you to log-in yet.
In this case your account is used to keep track of your House Records.

Q. I've lost my Admin rights and there are no other Admin Users to fix my rights, how do I get it back?
A. You'll have to contact Support and have someone fix it.
Q. I've tried to Import Users myself but I just can not get it working, can you do it for me?
A. Yes please contact Support.
Q. How do we display the House Scores on our Intranet?
A. If you go to Charts, you'll see an embed code. Simply copy and paste this into your page. Please note the user viewing your Intranet must have Internet access.
